Booking form and WhatsApp

When you use our booking form, the details you type (name, mobile number, car, area, service, branch, date, time, pickup address and notes) are put into a WhatsApp message on your own phone or computer. Nothing is sent to us until you press send in WhatsApp. Our website does not save this form on its server.

When you message us on WhatsApp, we use your details only to answer you, give you a price, book your car, arrange pickup and drop, and send updates about your job. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy also applies to those messages.

Free Service Advisor (chat)

The advisor chat runs inside your browser. Your questions are not sent to our server or to any AI service. If you choose to add a photo of your Mulkiya, the text is read on your own device to find the VIN and model year; the photo is not uploaded. To do this, the page downloads a free text-reading tool (Tesseract.js) from cdn.jsdelivr.net.

Anything you then send to us on WhatsApp from the chat is handled as described above.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) to understand how many people visit, which pages they read and which buttons they tap, such as WhatsApp, Call and Book. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology and collects information such as pages visited, approximate location (city level), device and browser type. We do not use it to identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Our website also remembers your language choice (English or Arabic) on your own device. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your information. We share it only when needed to do your job (for example with a parts supplier for the exact part, or with your insurance company if you ask us to), when the law requires it, or with the service providers named on this page.

How long we keep it

We keep job and invoice records for as long as UAE law requires for business and tax (VAT) records. WhatsApp chats stay in our business WhatsApp until deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Send your request on WhatsApp to 055 939 8854.
