Ace Steel has fabricated commercial vehicle bodies in Sharjah since 1998. We build on new or used chassis: Mitsubishi Canter, Isuzu, Hino, UD, Nissan and others, from 1-ton pickups to heavy trucks.
Every body is designed around your cargo and the truck’s payload, and built to RTA and Municipality food-safety requirements where they apply. Branding and graphics can be added on the same job.

What we do
Chiller & freezer bodies
100 mm PU sandwich panels, stainless locks, PU-coated floor and any brand of refrigeration unit, built to Municipality food-safety specs.
Dry containers
Steel or insulated (50 mm PU) dry boxes with 4 mm steel floor, cargo locking tracks, side doors and air deflectors.
Steel cargo & flat beds
All-steel cargo bodies with drop-down doors, grill structures, gas-cylinder carriers and flat beds with removable stakes.
Shutter bodies
Aluminium shutter bodies for water and beverage delivery, with 5-gallon bottle racks and insulated versions.
Tail lifts
Steel or food-grade aluminium tail lifts up to 180 cm, incl. under-slider type with remote control.
Truck cranes
Articulated (knuckle boom) and T-type cranes fitted on the platform, in the brand you choose.
Recovery trucks
Slanting recovery beds with winch and optional rear stabiliser, and low-angle platforms for sports cars.
Tankers
Drinking-water, grease / suction and fuel tankers, sized to the truck payload, with pumps, hose reels and flow meters.
Tipper bodies
Hydraulic rear or 3-way tipper bodies, standard or high-sided, with doors designed to your use.
1-ton pickups & vans
Chiller and dry boxes for 1-ton pickups and vans, with aluminium or PU-coated floors.
Questions
How much does a chiller body cost?
It depends on the truck size, panel thickness and refrigeration unit. Send the truck model on WhatsApp and we send a quote.
Do your bodies pass RTA and Municipality inspection?
Bodies are built to the permitted sizes for road authorities and, for food transport, to Municipality food-safety specs such as PU-coated floors.
Can you fit a tail lift or crane on my existing truck?
Yes. We fit steel or aluminium tail lifts and articulated or T-type cranes to existing trucks.
Do you do fleet orders?
Yes. We build multiple units to one specification and can service the fleet at Ace Auto Maint.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes. Every repair carries our workmanship warranty, and paint jobs carry a 1 to 2 year paint warranty, written on your invoice.
